The course is designed to help family members understand and support their loved one while maintaining their own well-being.
NAMI has launched NAMI Homefront Mental Health Resources, a free online suite of resources for caregivers, family members, and military service members and veterans designed to increase understanding, communication, wellness and advocacy skills.
