CAMS-care: Preventing Suicide – CAMS-4Teens® & Parents Video Course

CAMS-care Training with NAMI Maine

*Registration for this online, self-paced course is open through September 30th, 2024, and participants will have 60 days to complete the course upon receiving access to the portal.

Prerequisite: CAMS Foundational Video Course. Additionally, NAMI Maine offers free access to the CAMS-4Teens® & Parents Video Course, a 3-hour training discussing the application of CAMS with adolescent clients and their parents. Dr. Jobes demonstrates how to involve parents in treatment, address suicide ideation, and create a safe home environment.

Ideal for healthcare and school clinicians, including but not limited to social workers, counselors, psychologists, and crisis providers, the course focuses on research, therapeutic relationships, and crisis management.

After registering, participants will receive an email with directions regarding accessing the training via the CAMS-care portal within 2 business days.
