This class will offer training on understanding the physiological impacts of stress on first responders as well as an increased understanding of moral injury. It will offer information on increasing resiliency skills and resources. The training will also provide first responder-specific suicide risks, assessments, and safety planning to support fellow officers during times of crisis.
