DOC Gender Specific Crisis Intervention Training

CIT is a collaborative approach to support individuals struggling with a mental health challenge or crisis and the intersections with the criminal justice system. The intent of CIT is to build a system and community in which law enforcement takes on a supportive role to the mental health system and community resources. This CIT class will feature mental health challenges specific to women who are involved in the criminal justice system.
