Mental Health Conversation with MaineGeneral Health

You’re invited to join us for a mental health conversation! Mental health affects every person in your community, family and workplace—yet it’s rarely talked about openly. This interactive presentation is an opportunity to change that through honest conversation about mental health challenges, how to recognize when someone may be struggling and how to offer support. You’ll gain tools to confidently talk about mental health and connect your peers to resources when help is needed. This free presentation is open to all, and is a welcoming space to learn, share and start meaningful change in your community.
