
Increase knowledge and understanding of identifying when an individual has escalated or is in crisis. It will provide steps and actions to de-escalate the situation, as well as strategies to defuse, soothe, or support a person in need.
Join us on Thursday, January 8th, from 10 AM to 12 PM, virtually via Zoom, for a conversation about mental health, stigma, and barriers, with quick tips on recognizing and supporting someone facing a mental health challenge — promoting connection, understanding, and wellbeing for everyone.
